I'm an Assistant Professor of Management Accounting and Control at ESSEC Business School.

I hold a PhD in Accounting from the University of Amsterdam. My research is focused on exploring the impact of management control choices on the internal information environment of firms. I am particularly interested in investigating questions related to information availability, processing, and exchange within organizations. I use experimental research methods.

Current projects and research themes: knowledge sharing, cognitive frames, performance transparency, and symbolic rewards.
