I'm an Assistant Professor of Management Accounting and Control at ESSEC.
I hold a PhD in Accounting from University of Amsterdam (UvA) obtained under the supervision of Victor Maas.
In my research, I study management control choices, performance, and decision-making. Using experiments, I am interested in investigating questions related to information availability, processing, and exchange inside organizations.
Current projects: knowledge sharing, cognitive frames, performance transparency, and symbolic rewards.
